We took the classic favourite, a chewy cookie loaded with chocolate chips just like grandma used to make, and we infused it with 50 mg of activated CBD per cookie. For people wanting a higher dose it’s easy to eat this treat in multiples…TOO easy. (This is the same recipe as our THC Chewy Chocolate Trip Cookies but made with CBD instead…NO THC.)
DOSE: 50 mg activated cannabinoids (in one ~25g cookie)
PROFILE: CBD dominant – 50.1 mg CBD and 5.0mg other cannabinoids THIS COOKIE WILL NOT GET YOU HIGH. It may make you sleepy though. Use responsibly.

Notes: This cookie weighs ~25g. Analysis indicates 1.56 mg of activated CBD per gram. Each cookie contains approximately 2.03 mg/g x 25g = 50.75 mg CBD per serving.
Activated vs non-activated: activated cannabinoids are non-acidic (neutral) and are the form utilized by the human brain/ body. Activation occurs via heating (smoking, vaporizing, cooking). Cannabinoids in the natural plant are acidic (non-activated) and need to be converted to their neutral form in order to be utilized by the human body. Therefore one would expect fresh cannabis buds to contain mainly non-activated cannabinoids. Processed materials (baked goods, heated extracts) should be higher in the activated forms.
